This service is usually offered on a weekly, biweekly, monthly or one off basis. You may use this service to maintain the cleanliness of your property after our initial Deep Cleaning.

Remove pet hair from furniture (if needed)
Dust & clean dining table and kids table
Wipe any marks around door handle, edge of doors and light switches
Vacuum floors and rugs
Mop hardwood floors

Kitchen and Laundry Room

Clean countertops & exterior of appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher etc).
Clean inside and exterior of Microwave
Clean exterior of toasters (interior by request only)
Clean stove top and knobs
Cabinet exteriors
Sink and faucets
Dust exposed heat registers and baseboards
Washer & dryer exteriors (when needed)
Empty trash and take to bin outside (by request only)

 

Bedrooms:

Dust exposed heat registers and baseboards
Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, lamp shades
Dust windowsills and moldings, shutters, blinds
Dust pictures, frames and blinds
Dust and polish furniture, shelves, knickknacks
Clean mirrors and glass furniture tops
Vacuum wood floors and vacuum rugs or carpets

Bathrooms

Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out.
Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, and base.
Clean cabinet exteriors
Paper holder/towel racks
Dust baseboards
Clean mirror and chrome fixtures
Vacuum and wash floors

Exclusions/Additional Tasks: 

-Window cleaning, interior oven cleaning, and interior refrigerator cleaning are not included in standard house cleaning service, these are $10 each additional.
-If you have excessive dusting and pet hair to be cleaning, we recommend you request deep cleaning first, or additional charge may apply.

-Additional services are: laundry, assist with declutter and reorganizing, changing linen on beds, straightening, tidying, picking up thing & putting away, other household tasks, and pet services.
-Please contact us for any additional requests you may wish to have done in a standard clean
